How to Use for Start Up
Shake well before using. If visible algae is preset add 25 ounces per 25,000 gallons of water (2ppm). For Clean Pools add 16 ounces per 10,000 gallons of water. Pour directly into pool by distributing product along the edge of the pool. Run pump for 24 hours to distribute product evenly and remove phosphates through the filter. After 24 hours if necessary brush dead algae from pool surfaces. If algae is still present repeat.
How to Use for Maintenance Dose
Shake well before using. To prevent algae add weekly or after heavy rain at a rate of 4 ounces per 25,000 gallons of water (.5ppm) by pouring into the water around the edge of the pool. Circulate for at least 4 hours after adding and swimming can resume 15 minutes after application.
